I want to thank Mr. Sanfield for taking the time to speak with me about my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy case. I have spoken to a few bankruptcy attorneys and none of them come close to Joshua. He returned my call at the exact time he said he would. He listened to my problems and had answers to my questions. This is also the only attorney I spoke with that didn't sound like I was an unwanted interruption in their day. If you need a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy attorney he is your guy!!!! Thanks again for all your help!!!

Mr. Sanfield was amazing from beginning to the end. I received his name via my legal insurance, Arag. He was actually the second person I consulted which they were incredibly unprofessional and no help at all. I am so happy that I had a chance to work with Mr. Sanfield. He was straight to the point, clear, and on top of everything [that was] needed to file my bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is tough and the stigma behind it is even tougher but he made me feel alright and comforted in a way. I knew exactly what was going to happen, when it was going to happen, and how it was going to happen. My bankruptcy was filed in May and I was discharged the beginning of August. Granted, it all depends on what you have going on in your personal life. My debt was inherited. His fees are fair (my insurance covered everything but court costs...They only cover up to a certain amount) and he works with you! Also, his assistant was amazing. She is on top of it [and] in constant communication with you and following up with the things that you need. She rocks and many other assistants should take after her. I would highly recommend him for all bankruptcy filings and other legal matters.
